Salt & Ember started with a simple idea: make incredible baked goods using great ingredients, a little creativity, and a whole lot of care.

Everything I make is baked in small batches here in the Okanagan. From our big stuffed cookies to our handcrafted cupcake bouquets, I want everything that leaves my kitchen to feel special.

For me, baking has always been about more than dessert. It’s about creating
something that makes somebody smile whether it’s a box of cookies shared with family, a gift for someone you appreciate, or a cupcake bouquet made for a special occasion.
