Refund policy

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of Salt & Ember products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact Krysta as soon as possible. We want you to be happy with your order and will work with you to make things right when appropriate.

Cancellations

Cookie Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Cupcake Bouquets & Custom Orders: These products are made specifically for you and require significant preparation. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery.

Orders that have already gone into production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
