Shipping policy

Salt & Ember currently offers local delivery. We do not currently ship our products by mail or courier.

Vernon & Armstrong: Free local delivery is available on orders of $25 or more. Krysta will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Kelowna: Sunday delivery is available for orders placed by Friday. Orders must be $25 or more to qualify for free delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

If you require alternate delivery arrangements, please contact Krysta directly before placing your order.

Cupcake Bouquets: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all cupcake bouquet orders.
